Winemaking Notes: Pressed directly; fermented and aged in stainless steel. An exciting blend of two quite floral varietals! 75% Syrah and 25% Gewürztraminer harvested and fermented together. Pale pink in colour with aromas of rose petal, violets and fresh watermelon. Light, fresh, fruity and floral, with a lovely mineral finish.
