Dear Valued Guests,
We are so grateful for your continued support throughout this difficult time and would like to take this opportunity to extend our sincere appreciation and gratitude. The Okanagan Valley is an incredibly special place and we look forward to continually sharing the best it has to offer with all of you. In response to COVID-19, we have taken many steps to ensure that the health and safety of our guests, employees, families and friends continue to be our top priority. As we resume operations and embrace this new sense of normal, we want you to be comfortable and reassured of our new offerings.
Our Prologue Tasting Bar at 510 Tinhorn Creek Road is now open Thursday-Sunday from 11:00-6:00! We would love for you to join us. While appointments are not necessary at this time, you are more than welcome to call head to confirm availability at 250-485-8424. If you are unable to join us at the Tasting Bar, but would still like to enjoy our wines, please visit our online store for our latest offerings here.
Occupancy controls have been put in place to ensure social distancing and suitable plexiglass dividers have been erected between tasting areas. At this time, we are able to accommodate a maximum of two groups of 6 people at a time inside the Tasting Bar. If we are at capacity, we ask that guests wait outside on our terrace until we are able to accommodate. We look forward to being able to spend more time with our valued guests in such an personalized and intimate environment.
All of our staff undergo daily temperature readings before beginning work, to ensure the health and safety of everyone. We have developed a heightened cleaning and disinfectant regimen, with highly frequent sanitation taking place on all guest touchpoints and areas. As well, we have installed several sanitization stations throughout the premises for guest use. At this time, we are proudly accepting touchless payment via credit or debit cards and are unable to accept cash payments.
We are taking an abundance of caution to ensure our COVID-19 response is thoroughly examined and properly installed. It has been developed in accordance with recommendations and guidelines presented by provincial health officials, the Public Health Agency of Canada and the BC Wine Institute.
As we resume operations in this new environment, our entire team is looking forward to welcoming you back to the Winery. We are so excited for you to try our wines, and we hope that you will join us to experience the best the Okanagan has to offer.
