We’ve been hard at work constructing our new cellar facilities under the Second Chapter Vineyard along Black Sage Road south of Oliver, BC.
Featuring a series of three caves burrowed under the vineyard for barrel aging, as well as a full-service boutique tasting cave, this unique collection of spaces will be the permanent home of the Second Chapter Wine Company.
The stand-alone cellar facility will be completed this spring, with the caves ready to receive barrels this coming harvest, and the boutique tasting cave will be opened to the public in early 2021.
